Dr. Gisselle Cuevillas has dedicated more than two decades to the practice of dentistry, building a career defined by continuous learning, clinical excellence, and an unwavering commitment to the people she serves. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the College of Dentistry in Havana, Cuba, in 2001, followed by advanced specialty training in Orthodontics in 2005. For nearly ten years, she served as an Assistant Professor, helping educate future dentists while continuing to refine her clinical judgment. After moving to the United States, she embraced the challenge of rebuilding her professional career, first as a dental assistant and later as a registered dental hygienist, before completing a two-year General Practice Residency at the University of Miami and earning her license to practice dentistry in the United States. Every chapter of that journey reinforced a belief that continues to guide her today: exceptional dentistry begins with understanding people before treating teeth.
That belief shapes every aspect of her care. Dr. Cuevillas believes the best dentistry is never about recommending the most treatment. It is about recommending the right treatment for the right person at the right time. For her, every patient deserves the time to be heard, understood, and guided with clarity, helping them make informed decisions with confidence. Her background in orthodontics, combined with extensive experience in family, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry, allows her to develop personalized treatment plans that prioritize long-term oral health, function, and naturally beautiful results.
